                    A Medical Scribe effectively serves as the doctor's personal assistant, completing paperwork in the EHR, compiling data for the patient's visit, and collaborating with the doctor to provide the most effective patient care possible.

Roles and Responsibilities of a medical scribe : 

1. Accurately document patient encounters in real-time: The scribe will take detailed notes during the patient visit and document the patient's medical history, symptoms, diagnosis, treatments, medications, and other relevant information.

6. Follow HIPAA regulations: The scribe will be responsible for following all HIPAA regulations and guidelines related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
